PREMIUM-SEAL AIO is a further development of the forerunner model. The production location Germany is especially important for us in respect of quality management and job creation. DEKRA had tested the German product positively on a Mercedes Benz Actros. Even with not balanced motor truck wheels no out-of-balance was discoverable.

In any temperature, PREMIUM-SEAL AIO is the safest solution. In cooperation with the ADAC, the DEKRA expert Franz Nowakowski carried out experiments on the temperature stability of PREMIUM-SEAL AIO.The result: The AIO aerosol can sill has capacity reserves at + 80 degrees Celsius. With the – 30 degrees tests with a Mercedes Benz Vito, the filling time could be further reduced. The resulting reduction of the exposition time caused Nowakowski to assess that the AIO system is superior to the other flat tyre sets with a compressor.

TÜV-SÜD Test at Volkswagen in Wolfsburg:
Having carried out tests at Volkswagen, testing area Wolfsburg, TÜV-SÜD confirms superior results for PREMIUM-SEAL AIO-system in comparison to conventional tyre repair sets with compressor.

DEKRA Test:
DEKRA tests the new PREMIUM-SEAL VT with a positive result in comparison with conventional methods in presence of ADAC, Trade Corporation of Vulcanisers and Stahlgruber. PREMIUM-SEAL AIO sets new standards at application comfort and safety.

04/2008 With the grade of good, PREMIUM-SEAL takes first and second place in the ADAC test
PREMIUM-SEAL Repair is the winner of the test with the ADAC test of tyre sealants with the grade 2.1. The second place with the grade 2.2 was divided between the PREMIUM-SEAL AIO and Conti Comfort Kit.

PS-Repair convinces tyre dealers:
Premium-Seal Repair convinced the tyre dealer during the test because cleaning the tyres was simple and the tyre sealant could be disposed of without any trouble. In the meantime many tyre dealers have become distribution partners of Premium-Seal Repair.

PS-Repair on bord the Starliner II and the Cityliner II:
Especially when conveying passengers in buses it is important thoroughly to check all aspects relevant to traffic safety. After over a year of stringent and costly tests, MAN/NEOPLAN gave clearance for the first new luxury travel bus, the Starliner II, to be equipped with PS-Repair. Instead of a spare tyre, PS-Repair will be on board in future.

PS-Repair does not damage sensors:
Premium-Seal Repair did not damage any of the tyre-pressure-monitoring-sensors tested. As car manufacturers are installing TPM- sensors more and more frequently, it was a matter of course for us to have Premium-Seal Repair take this into consideration. The sensor manufacturer Schrader has conducted a neutral test and established that its sensors are not being damaged by Premium-Seal Repair.

Premium-Seal Repair is water soluble:

Tyres, rims and work equipment can be cleaned simply with cold water. When Premium-Seal Repair was being developed, particular attention was paid to simple and environmentally friendly waste disposal of the product after dismantling of the tyre. Premium-Seal Repair is quite easily removed with cloths and disposed of as normal waste. The remaining small residual amount can even be fed into the public sewers.
